Buying and Booking Private Class and Training Packages
The following steps will walk you through purchasing private classes and private training packages, as well as how to redeem those packages when booking your appointments in our online booking system. *PLEASE NOTE: FOR PACKAGED SERVICES (ALL OFFERINGS WITH A SET NUMBER OF SESSIONS) YOU WILL NEED TO BUY YOUR PACKAGE BEFORE BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.
Buying Your Package
- Decide which location you would like to go to. In-home packages can be purchased through either location. You do not need to decide what trainer you’ll be working with at this point.
- Then choose the private class or training package you would like to purchase. *Please note: If you do not already have a Vagaro account you will be asked to login/create one before purchasing.
- Once you have purchased your package it will show up in the packages section of your Vagaro account. This will allow you to keep track of the number of lessons/sessions you have and purchase info.
Using Your Package To Redeem And Book Appointments
- Choose the location that coordinates with your package.
- Select the class or training session that is included in your package (if your unsure which one this info can be found in the Packages section of your Vagaro account). These are the prepaid offerings that do not have prices listed.
- Select the trainer you would like to work with.
- Select the date and time you would like to book. If your preferred date is unavailable you can see the next available date by scrolling down.
- Fill out the intake form (this step is only required the first booking).
- After clicking request to book your prepaid session will show up in the checkout area and one session will be deducted from your package.
- Your trainer will be sent a notification to confirm the appointment. You will also be sent a confirmation text.
- Repeat steps 1-6 to book each of the remaining appointments in the package.
- After you’ve booked your appointment head over to our appointment details page to make sure you and your dog are prepared with all the necessary supplies for your upcoming session.
Booking and buying single session services
- Decide which location you would like to go to. In-home services can be purchased through either location.
- Then select the class or training session that you would like to buy and book. All single session services are listed with their prices, any offerings without a price are to be redeemed using prepaid packages. *Please note: If you do not already have a Vagaro account you will be asked to login/create one before purchasing.
- Select the trainer you would like to work with.
- Select the date and time you would like to book. If your preferred date is unavailable you can see the next available date by scrolling down.
- Fill out the intake form. Some forms are lengthy and may take a bit of time to fill out, this detailed information about your dog helps us to best serve you in solving issues and making progress in helping them become Ideal Dogs.
- After clicking request you can pay for your session by credit card.
- Your trainer will then be notified and confirm the appointment. You will also receive a confirmation text.
- After you’ve booked your appointment head over to our appointment details page to make sure you and your dog are prepared with all the necessary supplies for your upcoming session.
